  • 1.What is the YCCE Alumni-Portal?

    The YCCE Alumni-Portal is an online platform for all alumni of YCCE. This platform allows you to search for former fellow students, Social network of past College students where you can post something, share the feelings, chat with friends. Also you can receive news and event invitations via the newsletter.it is a bridge between alumni and YCCE.

  • 2. I’m having problems with the registration. Who can I turn to for assistance?

    There are two steps in registering with the YCCE Alumni portal. First, fill in the registration form and click on the button “Finish registration”. A message will now be sent to the e-mail address you gave, asking you to activate your account. Simply follow the link in this e-mail – this completes your registration. You will now be able to use all features of the YCCE Alumni portal’s community.

  • 3.An error report appears during registration. What can I do?

    This error report appears when the registration form was not filled out completely or correctly. Please check any fields with a red margin and complete or correct your data.

  • 4.I forgot my password. What can I do?

    We will be happy to send a new password to the e-mail address you gave in your registration. If you have forgotten both your password and the e-mail address you registered under, please contact to admin (Details of admin is available in contact field)

  • 5.Can I change my username?

    In general, it is not possible to change your personal username. If you feel that there is an urgent reason which makes a change absolutely necessary, you can delete your account and register with us under a new username and e-mail address. In this case, please contact to admin (Details of admin is available in contact field)

  • 6.How can I contact the alumni office?

    You’ll find our contact details on the contact page.

  • 7.Where can I find the career portal of YCCE?

    Job offers are announced in the Alumni-Portal. If you are looking for opportunities for postgraduate training at YCCE please contact to admin, who will guide you for same.

  • 8.can I get any document via this portal?

    You can post your requirement in alumni needs sections, if possible we process it soon and inform you about the remaining procedure.

  • 9.I am looking for fellow alumni from my year.

    Once you have signed up for the Alumni-Portal of YCCE you can use the search function. Filter registered alumni by name, subjects and graduation year and contact them. Please note that due to data protection the alumni office is not allowed to forward data to any third parties.

  • 10.any kind of restriction for photo uploading?

    Height of image should greater than 500 pixels.

  • 11.I would like to donate books. How and where can I do so?

    If you would like to give donations in kind, please contact the alumni office.

  • 12. Can I log-in via facebook, linkedin or google+?

    Yes, you can use your log-in data from the social media site facebook only. If you are having difficulties logging in with third party accounts please use the log-in button of the alumni portal website using your user name and password.
