Transcript on Demand
This is an initiative by YCCE Alumni Connect to help members of YCCE Alumni Portal, who are working outside and find it inconvenient to visit YCCE. This activity is going to be start with this portal. We request to all alumni to avail this facility.
Charges for Transcript:
As per YCCE’s official procedure transcripts are supplied only to those who have graduated in the YCCE and at a time only five copies are prepared. Please send scanned copy of original mark sheet and degree certificate to info@ycce.edu.
On request, office of YCCE Alumni Connect submits application on behalf of Alumni, collects and send Transcripts by post to the respective addresses. The charges for the same are as listed below; first two charges are payable to YCCE.
Account Office and third / fourth are required to meet postage expenses.

Procedure to follow
Please pay requisite fees to YCCE alumni Connects account and inform YCCE alumni Connects office by forwarding the receipt of payment to info@ycce.edu.
YCCE alumni Connects office will verify the receipt document of fees and acknowledge the receipt.
Please send copy of All the Mark sheets and Degree certificate to YCCE alumni connect; (scanned copies by email to info@ycce.edu).
These copies are submitted to YCCE or RTM Nagpur University, as the case may be.
Fee is paid to account office.
The transcripts are sent by ‘speed post’ to indicated address.
Please note that whole process takes about three weeks and sometimes more. During this time YCCE alumni Connects office tries to keep track of the progress, therefore, please bear with us if there is any delay.
